A crime-mystery thriller that focuses on a critical period of missing time that occurs on the day that a homicide is commited. Investigators attempt to recreate the final movements of the victim on the day that they are murdered and discover that every crucial hour, minute or second needs to be accounted for. We follow the detectives' step-by step procedures as they uncover disquieting revelations using surveillance footage, credit card history or GPS data to fit together the timeline of the victim's last journey. Epsiodes include a savage attack on a sleeping couple where their son is implicated as the perpetrator; when a doctor is found dead in the parking lot of his office; and when a poker player returns home to discover that his wife has been murdered and he ends up being a suspect.
