Follow Chief Detective Maria Shvetsova (Anna Kovalchuk) as she works on some of the toughest cases in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg alongside her colleagues, each season unraveling a new mystery. Despite the challenges, Maria is determined to investigate each case thoroughly, equipped with sharp detective skills, her unfailing intuition and a good sense of humor. It often allows her to be the only one to catch the small details and crack unsolvable cases, while dealing with corruption in her department and taking care of her family.
