It's bedtime, and Maddie is finding out about different things we sleep on. At a campsite, she uses a special thermal camera to show how the layers in a sleeping bag work by trapping warm air inside to keep us warm.

Charlotte's dad is Irish, and he has shown Charlotte how to make Irish boxty for her friends. She uses mashed and grated potatoes to make her boxty, and she flavours the potato mixture with lots of delicious ingredients including fresh rosemary.
