Nell'ultima esterna del programma, i concorrenti hanno l'opportunità di lavorare con Alain Ducasse, il maestro di Carlo Cracco. Dopo il Pressure Test, uno dei semifinalisti sale in piccionaia, ed in tre rimangono a giocarsi la finale.
