As the Teletubbies say eh-oh to their reflections in a puddle, Dipsy's hat falls in and gets wet. Dipsy sings a sad song, but then the sun shines and the wind blows, and his hat is dry again in no time.

During Bing's bedtime routine, he inadvertently pees on his blankie, and it's too wet to wash and dry before bed. Fortunately, his Hoppity Voosh toy has a cape just as soft and huggy as a blankie, and it even smells just right too.
