Léa et ses amis tombent sur un cheval aveugle. Ils décident de le ramener et d'en prendre soin. L'animal, baptisé Miro, s'entend bien avec Mistral. Ils vont aussi rechercher son propriétaire, un viticulteur, qui a disparu depuis plusieurs jours.

Répondant à l'appel d'une horde de chevaux sauvages, Mistral quitte le ranch et se lie avec une jument. Refusant d'admettre que son étalon a décidé de reprendre sa liberté, Léa désespérée fait tout pour le faire revenir.
