It's not all business for the Pols this week as they find time away from the clinic to work on their lake house. But before kicking back, Dr. Pol must treat a wide array of clients including a camel with a limp, an enormous breeding bull, and a hedgehog in a prickly situation. They'll have to work hard to play hard this week! Dr. Pol starts the day off with the first farm call of the day to visit a creature unique to Central Michigan. Sasha, the dromedary camel, is having some trouble walking. Back at the clinic, Dr. Brenda meets her first client of the day, Bella, a dachshund who has quite literally gotten stuck with the short end of the stick. Owner Chris Edmonds believes she may be choking. Later, when the sun goes down on Michigan, an emergency arises at the clinic. Tammy and Sydney arrive with their cat, Wiki, who acting erratically and Dr. Emily will have to work quickly to save his life. Finally, after a few run-ins with rose bushes, hard work with a chainsaw, and a check off of Diane's "honey-do" list, it is time to kick back and relax on Pol Island! With a bonfire set up for a romantic evening, it's time to kick back, relax and get on island time.
