Mackenzie "Mickey" Murphy, a hard-living, rude and foul-mouthed woman takes a role of a lifetime when she is left to take care of her wealthy sister's three spoiled children - 18-year-old Sabrina,13-year-old Chip and 7-year-old Ben, when her sister flees the country with her husband to avoid criminal charges. Mickey is left in charge and must quickly become responsible as she moves in their Connecticut mansion and struggles to raise the kids with the help from her crazy boyfriend Jimmy and housekeeper Alba.
