BBQ Brawl: Flay V. Symon

Join our hosts, renowned celebrity chefs and restaurateurs Bobby Flay and Michael Symon, as they test the skills of eight expert barbecue connoisseurs. Filmed at the Star Hill Ranch in Austin, Texas, the eight chefs are divided into two teams but, in order to claim first pick for their team, Bobby and Michael go head-to-head in a backyard BBQ challenge. Each episode sees one of the chefs being eliminated from the show until there is only one left, the winner who is awarded the title of 'Master of Cue'. The weekly contests aim to reveal the chefs' talents and expose their weaknesses and include tasks such as cooking up a tomahawk rib-eye and taking on a Texas beef challenge.
