Follow the exploits of these cute creatures from northern New Mexico. "Prairie Dog Manor" showcases the unique behaviour of these special animals and highlights the different relationships that exist between the clan members from Valles Caldera National Preserve. Beginning with the prairie dogs preparing for the coming winter, Carl and the pups get ready for hibernation. But they face danger from an unlikely source as deadly predators forge an alliance to threaten every dog in the territory. Further episodes explore the mating season when the warm weather arrives and battles commence between the males to earn the right to mate with the females. Soon, the females are pregnant and new pups arrive and the whole cycle starts again.
